Business hours have changed due to the small numbers in attendance of daycare and boarding during the pandemic. K-9 Castle will not be open on the weekends until further notice. We have also moved back our open hours from 6:30 am to 7 am Monday- Friday.
We have new procedures in place to help “flatten the curve”. Unfortunately, we are no longer allowing any customers into our facility. We ask that everyone make online appointments through our customer portal for daycare and boarding, to help us manage our employees schedules. We are taking reservations for boarding seven days a week although we are not open for daycare Saturday or Sunday until further notice, due to the lack of attendance during the weekend. Reservations for boarding during these days are acceptable.
Procedures for Drop off and Pick up are as follows: When you arrive we ask that you stay in your vehicle, call 303-237-4901, and let us know you are in the parking lot and our staff will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. Roll down your window or unlock the hatch to your vehicle, we will place our leash on your pet and we ask that you remove your leash and collar (to lesson cross contamination) and our staff will escort your pet into our facility. The same will happen when you pick up your pet.
