A 25% deposit is required to reserve a space for overnight dog boarding guests for all non-holiday periods. Deposits for non-holiday reservations are refundable with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for our holiday boarding period from November 15th, through January 15. Check-out time for all boarding dogs is by 12 noon Monday- Saturday and by 10 a.m. on Sunday. All pups picked up after check-out time will be assessed a daycare fee (full day Mon – Sat & half day on Sun.) Military and First Responder Discount cannot be used on top of any other discounted services such as packages. Dog boarding packages may only be shared with members of the same household. Boarding rooms can only be shared with members of the same household. Checks are not accepted
